Rules

You can use Rahim Bah Ltd strategies to make as much money as you like, but you agree to not teach the strategies elsewhere unless you have permission in writing from Rahim Bah Ltd. As a mentee you will be exposed to Rahim Bah Ltd wider network and may be asked to speak at events and be involved with crewing at big events. You agree to not poach these contacts to sell your own products to or commercially distribute your information, unless given written permission from Rahim Bah Ltd.

We will teach you the best possible property strategies as far as we can, but ultimately you are responsible for your success and for what you invest in. We will not be held responsible for the investments you purchase, or for your results and our training is generally not bespoke.

If you are unhappy about any aspect of the mentorship you must provide feedback professionally and privately to Rahim Bah Ltd via email (info@property-investments-blueprint.co.uk) You are not permitted to complain or moan to others or on the forum. If you break any of the above rules, we have the right to terminate your mentorship and you will lose your position and your initial investment.

CUSTOMER PRODUCT AND SERVICE AGREEMENT

Please read the following information from beginning to end. In order to qualify for a refund, you must follow the important policies and procedures outlined below.

I understand information supplied on this form gives Rahim Bah Ltd permission to communicate with me by mail, fax, email, text, phone, WhatsApp, telegram, zoom or Microsoft team to relay special offers, announcements and information I may find valuable. I further understand that the product or service I’ve purchased contains confidential copyrighted information that may not be copied or reproduced without written consent from Rahim Bah Ltd.

We will send you emails periodically outlining special events and property deals. However, you may ‘opt-out’ or ‘unsubscribe’ from our emails by following any unsubscribe instructions in any email. After doing so, if you have opted out of receiving all emails you will not receive future special events and property deals unless you open a new account or otherwise subsequently sign up to receive emails.

REQUEST FOR REFUND

I understand all sales are considered final 14 business days from date of product receipt. Should I request a refund on or before 14 business days from the date of sale, I will supply written notice of said request (Email is acceptable) to info@property-investments-blueprint.co.uk at Rahim Bah Ltd.

All cancellations and refunds must be authorised by Rahim Bah Ltd. I further understand … Written detailed reasons for cancellation should accompany my written notice of cancellation. A photocopy of my sales receipt indicating payment type must accompany my written notice of cancellation. My name, address, telephone number and email address must be legible and contained within my written notice of cancellation.

APPROVAL OF REFUND REQUEST

I understand there will be no consideration of authorisation for a refund without meeting all the requirements and conditions outlined above. I understand upon approval of my refund request to Rahim Bah Ltd, payments made under this written contract of sale will be refunded within 10 business days, less the admin fee of £280.
