You’ll begin with a private strategy and goal-setting session directly with Rahim Bah, where your goals, resources, and current situation are reviewed and shaped into a clear 12-month action plan tailored to you.
Rahim will guide you in selecting the most suitable property strategy based on your situation, so you’re not guessing, copying others, or wasting time on the wrong approach. Together, you’ll set a structured review schedule to monitor progress, address challenges, and keep you moving forward with accountability.
You’ll get hands-on access to multiple proven property strategies, with guidance on choosing the right approach for you now and support to expand into additional income streams as you progress.
*These live and online training programs run multiple times each year. As part of the Gold Mentorship, you can attend up to 8 events during your mentorship period.
As part of the Gold Mentorship, Rahim’s team regularly reviews property deals you source. Where a deal meets our criteria, we may partner with you or support you in monetising the deal through our active investor network.
In some cases, Rahim may personally joint-venture on a deal. More commonly, deals are partnered on and profits are shared once the transaction completes, subject to agreement and deal approval.
50/50 Profit Share Partnership
For property deals that are partnered on or sold through Bah Properties’ investor network, profits are shared on a 50/50 basis upon successful completion, in line with the Gold Mentorship agreement.
All partnerships and profit shares are subject to deal approval and completion. Results vary based on individual effort, deal quality, and market conditions.
This mentorship is led by Rahim Bah, a full-time property investor with over 50 properties in his own portfolio and more than 200 properties acquired for clients.
Core training, guidance, and accountability are delivered directly by Rahim, supported by structured systems, live sessions, and experienced investor mentors where appropriate.
This is a 12-month program because building a sustainable property business requires focused execution over time. You’ll begin by implementing one core strategy, with guidance to expand into additional strategies—such as Serviced Accommodation or Holiday Lets—when appropriate and without overwhelm.
