This End User Licence Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you (“User”,
“you”) and Rahim Bah LTD (“Company”, “we”, “us”, “our”).

By accessing, downloading, streaming, or using any content, platform, or service provided

1. Licence Grant

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access

Calls
Frameworks
Documents
Website content

is the exclusive property of Rahim Bah LTD and protected by UK intellectual property laws.

No rights are granted other than those explicitly stated in this Agreement.

5. Educational & Results Disclaimer

All content is provided for educational purposes only.

We do not provide financial, legal, or investment advice.
We do not guarantee results, income, or success.
Any results shown are individual outcomes and not typical.
Your results depend on execution, effort, market conditions, and personal
circumstances.

You accept full responsibility for your decisions and actions.

6. Account Access

Access is linked to one individual only.
We may monitor usage to prevent abuse.
We may suspend or terminate access if misuse is detected.

7. Termination

This licence terminates automatically if you:

Breach this Agreement
Violate company rules or Terms of Service
Engage in misconduct or abuse

Upon termination:

Access ends immediately
No refunds are issued
All rights under this licence cease

8. Updates & Changes

We may update content, platforms, or access methods at any time.
This does not entitle you to a refund.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

We are not liable for financial loss, missed opportunities, or business outcomes
We are not responsible for decisions made based on the content
Use of the services is at your own risk

10. No Warranty

All content and services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any
kind.

11. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of UK courts.
