By purchasing any programme, coaching, or service, you agree to this Refund Policy.

2. 14-Day Refund Period

  • You are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of purchase.
  • An administrative fee will be deducted from the refunded amount.
  • The refund request must be made in writing within the 14-day period.

3. After 14 Days

  • No refunds will be issued after 14 days under any circumstances.
  • This applies to:
    ○ Coaching programmes
    ○ Mentorship services
    ○ High-ticket packages
    ○ Digital content
    ○ Any partially or fully delivered services

4. Service Usage & Access

  • If you access coaching calls, training materials, platforms, or mentorship during the
    refund period, we reserve the right to deduct reasonable costs for services already delivered.
  • Abuse of the refund policy may result in refund refusal.

5. Non-Transferable

  • Purchases are non-transferable.
  • You may not sell, assign, or transfer access to another person.

6. Payment Methods

Refunds will be issued using the original payment method where possible:

  • Stripe
  • Whop
  • Bank transfer

Processing times depend on the payment provider and may take 5–10 business days.

7. Chargebacks & Disputes

  • Chargebacks raised without first contacting us may result in immediate termination of access.
  • We reserve the right to dispute chargebacks using this Refund Policy and supporting
    evidence.

8. Termination Without Refund

We reserve the right to terminate access without refund if:

  • Our Terms of Service are breached
  • There is abuse, misconduct, or misuse of content
  • Company rules are not followed

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy at any time.
The version in effect at the time of purchase will apply.
