Property Investment Blueprint didn't start in a boardroom. It started in a shared house, with £500, an old university laptop and hundreds of cold calls a day to landlords who mostly said no.

What changed everything was a simple system for getting in front of landlords and closing deals face to face. That system became the foundation of a thriving rent-to-rent business, a growing portfolio and, eventually, the blueprint we now teach.
